The name of the Blue condo in Downtown Miami is quite literal.  For starters, it has an irresistible location right by the sapphire waters of Biscayne Bay.  In addition, the design of the Blue condo is in fact blue, making it one of the more easily recognizable buildings when traveling west on Interstate 195.  It may not be as large as its neighboring condos but the Blue condo more than makes up for this with what it has inside.
