South Beach Real Estate Description

The 23 blocks of the most southerly South Beach real estate in Miami Beach is known as South Beach. To the east of South Beach is the vast and beautiful water of the Atlantic Ocean and to the east is the calm and crystal blue waters of Biscayne Bay. South Beach real estate can be on either coastline and is usually ultra-luxurious. South Beach has become famous because of its tourist appeal, incredible beaches and world-class dining and shopping. South Beach has carved out a name for itself in the South Florida luxury real estate industry and has some of the nicest property available. While South Beach is mostly known for its high-rise luxury condos, low-rise condos and single family homes are also available.

The coastlines of South Beach are largely populated with high-rise and mid-rise condo buildings; most of which have amenities like bayfront or oceanfront views, luxurious pools, concierge services, valet parking services and lush landscaping. Some of the most notable South Beach condos include Apogee South Beach, Waverly and Setai. These condos are continuously upgrading designs and offering more services to remain the pinnacle of South Beach luxury real estate living. South Beach homes are sporadically located throughout South Beach and can be waterfront but are mostly inland.

Miami Beach is separated into three different sections. The most northern section of the island has a lot more single family homes than any other Miami Beach area and is called North Beach. The central area of Miami Beach has high-rise condos on its coastal areas and inland single family homes; this area is called Mid Beach. The third section to the south of Mid Beach is the most popular area and has lots of waterfront condo buildings. This southerly area is known as South Beach.  The three areas of Miami Beach: South Beach, Mid Beach and North Beach have their own unique qualities that create a wide range of appeal for anyone seeking Miami Beach living.
