Indian Creek Village, another Miami Beach island community spanning over 250 acres, has just about 40 homes. With so few residences, each has enormous amounts of space, both in the homes themselves as well as the land on which they sit. Being that it is an extremely prestigious and private community, many of the Indian Creek homes are absolutely colossal. And just as astonishing- every residence has a gorgeous view of Biscayne Bay.

Besides the Indian Creek Country Club, residents of the island are very close to Bal Harbour, itself notable for its exclusivity and the world renowned Bal Harbour Shops, which is home to many internationally recognized ultra, high-end retailers. The multitude of excitement of Miami Beach is to the south. And of course, a short drive to the east is the beach.
