Rivo Alto is the second closest island on the man made chain of islands called the Venetian Islands to Miami Beach and it is dissected into East Rivo Alto and West Rivo Alto. Homes on Rivo Alto are diverse in terms of architectural style and they are available in waterfront or non waterfront lots, within a variety of configurations. Unlike its neighbor Belle Island, Rivo Alto Island is strictly a residential single family community. Waterfront properties on this isle have incredible views of the Biscayne Bay and Miami Beach skyline depending on exposure.
Rivo Alto’s location makes it desirable in the Miami Beach real estate marketplace given its proximity to South Beach, as well as access to Downtown. South Beach is directly accessible to the east and residents of Rivo Alto can walk to the bustling Sunset Harbor neighborhood and attend a spin class or dine at some of the most celebrated restaurants in Miami Beach including Pub Belly, Barceloneta, and Sardinia. The Miami International Airport is under 20 minutes and Downtown Miami is under ten minutes on the scenic Venetian Causeway. Rivo Alto contains luxury homes with a decidedly casual neighborhood environment.
