Coconut Grove

About Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove is a Miami-Dade mainstay. The old-time charm of The Grove which has a history steeped in the arts, coupled with the incredible vegetation, for which it is named, make it one of the most sought after areas to live in South Florida. There are a wide and varied number of Coconut Grove homes and condos from which to choose, many of which are located within walking distance from the popular spots like the CocoWalk shopping mall, Biscayne Bay and Coconut Grove's beautiful parks.

CocoWalk is a vibrant and popular open air shopping area with fine and casual dining, and is peppered with antique stores and luxury boutiques, coexisting as harmonioiusly as the different types of architecture in the neighborhood. Coconut Grove is a short drive to Coral Gables and Key Biscayne, and is also a short commute to Downtown Miami and Brickell. Coral Gables offers luxury shopping at Merrick Park, and there are a number of museums and seasonal cultural attractions that unify the area. Residents also enjoy the access to the rest of South Florida including South Beach and Bal Harbour, just a short highway drive.
