Though it was born in the early 70’s, it wasn’t incorporated until 1995, making Aventura a relatively new city. Centrally located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, Aventura is bordered on the east by beautiful Biscayne Bay. Many of its high-rise condominiums have spectacular water views; some even have awe-inspiring vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. For those living on a high floor, you’ll be treated to sensational sunrises or sunsets.

Aventura is an upscale area with a mix of families, singles and snowbirds- all clamoring for a piece of this top-location pie. The city of Aventura is perhaps best known for its namesake mall which continues to be among the top shopping destinations in the nation. Residents, as well as visitors from around the globe, have made the Aventura Mall a must on their things to do list.
