On Tuesday, April 12, 2016, Danny and Hillary Hertzberg were honored as the keynote speakers of the Coldwell Banker’s Elite Sales Club Meeting that took place in Weston, Florida. Before the speakers’ presentation, many of South Florida’s top producers mingled and enjoyed a wonderful lunch hosted by Rose and Dean Sklar at a beautiful home that they recently sold. After about 45 minutes of networking, Danny and Hillary took the stage and began recounting their individual and then joint journeys into the world of real estate. They began by giving a candid description of their childhood, inherently immersed in real estate. “On our way to school or soccer practice, we would often stop at showings or open houses and we would frequently listen to our mom talk real estate on the phone,” said Danny Hertzberg referring to his mother, Jill Hertzberg of The Jills. From a very early age, they picked up an abundance of knowledge, more than they even knew they were acquiring....Continued...

Our favorite time of year has arrived as the city transforms with Art Basel fever. Each year thousands of visitors flock to the prestigious Art Basel Fair and all of its accompanying satellite events. Art Basel which takes place in Miami, Switzerland, and Hong Kong was originally conceived by three gallerists in Basel, Switzerland, and now is widely considered the premier platform for international art around the world. Art Basel week takes place every year during the first week of December and is centered around Art Basel Miami, which is a juried fair taking place at the Miami Beach Convention Center, however there are satellite fairs and hundreds of events taking place around Miami. Some of the best and longest running fairs are Design Miami, Art Miami, and Scope Miami Beach. This year brings new events creating buzz all around town.To cure the traffic congestion that comes with this highly coveted event there are shuttles running from Miami Beach to 29th street in Wynwood and 36th Street in Midtown from the Convention Center, and also Uberboat, a new option on the Uber app where you can catch a boat and ride from Sunset Harbour Marina to Paraiso Bay. Of course, what better time to preview the best real estate that Miami has to offer than while in town for Art Basel?
