One of the best Miami Condos in real estate has just become available for sale. Located on the 40th floor of Bristol Tower, in 2171 Brickell, this luxurious Penthouse was formerly owned by Grammy Award-winning songwriter and rapper Pharrell Williams, who listed the property on November 30, 2012.

The penthouse is three stories, over 9,000 square feet, and features five bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths. The third floor is actually a panoramic rooftop terrace that includes an entertainment area, manicured pool area, and outdoor kitchen. The suite’s floor-to-ceiling glass walls allow occupants to enjoy a 360 degree view of Biscayne Bay, much of Downtown Miami, and Miami Beach from every room. It’s priced at $16,800,000.

Bristol Tower overlooks Biscayne Bay and has been an established name in luxury condos since its opening in 1993. It’s composed of only 147 units that range in size from 1,210 to 7,620 square feet and from two to seven bedrooms. Amenities include covered valet parking, 24-hour parking, pool, fully-equipped gym, tennis courts, and more. The Brickell community in which it is located is one of the fastest-growing in South Florida, and has become popular with young professionals and businesses alike.

Prospective buyers should note that sales of world-class penthouse and condos have increased dramatically over the past year: penthouses in The Continuum, The Setai, and The Icon have each recently sold at eight figure prices. Brickell’s real estate market is also one of the most competitive in the region, with the recent listing of the Bristol Tower penthouse likely to attract much interest.
