“We’re in a very healthy market and Star Island has always been and continues to be sought after,” said luxury superbroker Jill Eber, half of The Jills Team at Coldwell Banker, who sold the listing on the gated island for developers Todd Glaser and the Posner Group.
“We’re seeing a market that is very strong,” said Jill Hertzberg, the other Jill on the team, who also sold 15 Star Island Dr. in March for $17.5 million. That property, which sits on a 40,000-square-foot lot, is expected to be knocked down and supplanted with a more lavish manse.
