Americas Bash at Bayfront Park
If you live in the Brickell area or are in downtown or Coral Gables this is an excellent option with a family friendly addition called the Kid Zone. It touts the largest fireworks in South Florida. Throughout the day there will be booths serving food and festivities for families with a Samuel Adams Beer Garden. Festivities begin at 2pm and fireworks conclude the evening at 9pm.
Coca Cola Presents Fire on the Fourth in North Miami Beach
North Shore Park Bandshell, which has recently been renovated to reflect the Mimo style, is the center of a beachfront fire works show and these are also visible from the North Beach area of Miami, a site of much new development in Miami. The event features Green Monkey Yoga, Food Trucks, Djs, Live music from Big Brooklyn Red and Dave Mason with fireworks at 9pm.
July Fourth Celebration at The Barnacle
If you have not been already, The Barnacle is located in the heart of Coconut Grove and is the first house in Miami and will be open from 11am to 4 pm for tours and there will be children’s activities and food on site. Fireworks will not be offered at this celebration, making it perfect for younger children.
Key Biscayne Fourth of July Parade
Key Biscayne will celebrate Independence Day with a parade down Crandon Boulevard starting at 11 am which will feature floats music and fireworks in the evening. For those who have not traveled to Key Biscayne, it hosts some of the most arresting views of Miami and the Rusty Pelican was newly renovated and is an excellent place to view all fireworks displays.
City of Miami Beach Fourth of July Celebration
Starting at 7pm on 8th street and Ocean Drive music will be played starting at 7pm and fireworks will be at 9pm. In the heart of Miami Beach and close to South of Fifth, this is a true Miami Beach experience.
Nikki Beach in the South of Fifth neighborhood is throwing its’ 11th annual independence Beach Party from noon to 11pm and is offering a mega BBQ with eight types of burgers, DJs, and drink specials. Tickets start at $20 and it is a great place to view the Miami Beach fireworks.
The Thompson Miami Beach hotel is the new IT hotel which opened earlier this year. It is hosting a Dirty BBQ featuring celebrity Chef Dale Talde’s menu including kung pao chicken wings with buttermilk ranch, Korean fried chicken, and traditional hot dogs and burgers with drink specials all night. Admission is free and there are cabanas and bungalows for rent. DJ’s will be in full force and this event is sure to be one of the events to see and be seen.
The Biltmore Hotel is quintessential classic Miami and they will be holding a fourth of July celebration in Coral Gables. Fireworks will light the sky at 9pm and an all American menu is being offered at the award winning, Palme d’Or. The menu set price is $55 and includes three courses with options including lobster ceasar salad, ricotta pie, Alaskan king grab, bourbon pork belly, short ribs and much more!
