The community of Brickell in Miami is one of the most sought-after places to live in Miami. The reason for this high-level of demand is because of Brickell’s luxurious real estate and friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Brickell isn’t a community with well defined borders. This means that Brickell real estate can be located in places other than just Brickell Avenue. South Miami Avenue which runs parallel with Brickell Avenue has luxury condos, homes and vacant land that can also be considered Brickell property. Additionally, south of the Rickenbacker Causeway is a small group of luxury waterfront homes located off Brickell Avenue.
Brickell is a lot like South Beach in that there’s a small amount of single family homes on the water, but the dominant waterfront property type are condo buildings. There’s a good amount of Brickell homes a little further inland that are incredibly spacious and luxurious. These inland homes sit on unusually large plots of land for being in such a high-end area. Inland Brickell homes are easily within walking distance from Brickell Avenue which has restaurants, shops and live entertainment. Brickell condos are incredibly popular and are typically high-rise buildings with plenty of amenities and residential features.
Brickell is a Miami community south of the Miami River and north of Viscaya Park along Brickell Avenue. Brickell is considered the financial district for the city of Miami, so between condo buildings are ultra-modern high-rise international banks. The community itself benefits from having so many luxurious buildings, the public works and landscaping in Brickell is impeccable. There’s a small island off the coast of Brickell that is considered part of the community. It has amazingly luxurious high-rise condos and is only accessible by the Southeast 8th Street Bridge or by boat.
