Although each building has the same number of floors, the actual heights vary slightly at 256, 287 and 294 feet. There is also a quartet of smaller two story buildings found within Park Grove that house the amenities. Elsewhere you’ll find a three story building that contains a bank and the Park Grove fitness facility plus another two story building designed for use as office space.
The Park Grove condo offers many attractive amenities which include a gaming room for adults with billiards and table tennis, a library and lounge area, play areas for children, a wine cellar, a media room, yoga spaces both indoors and out, landscaping by Enzo Enea, poolside cabanas and much more. The fitness center has its own training rooms as well as steam and sauna. Penthouse pools and Italian kitchen cabinetry are a just small sample of what to expect in the Park Grove residences.
