Park Grove in Miami's Coconut Grove is a Related Group of South Florida and Terra Group project consisting of three buildings that are each twenty stories tall. The number of floors may not differ much but the actual heights do have slight variations at 256, 287 and 294 feet. There are also four two story buildings found within Park Grove that contain the amenities.
Billiards and table tennis, a library with accompanying lounge, play areas for the young ones, a wine cellar, a media room, yoga spaces inside and out, landscaping by Enzo Enea, poolside cabanas, Park Grove is packed with varied amenities. The fitness center has its own training rooms as well as steam and sauna. Pools for the penthouses and Italian kitchen cabinetry barely begin to describe the Park Grove residential features.
Dinner Key Marina is near Park Grove or you may decide to visit CocoWalk, a Coconut Grove mainstay where you can find plenty of shops and eateries that's roughly two blocks west of Park Grove. Next door to Coconut Grove is Coral Gables which is known for its affluent classicism.
