Golden Beach is a residential community just north of Sunny Isles Beach. This residential community has a vast array of available property from three-bedroom inland homes to seven bedroom oceanfront or intracoastal homes. Golden Beach is a small town, but has within it an incredibly diverse group of homes to choose from. Golden Beach is one of the few South Florida communities with miles and miles of beachfront property that is occupied by homes instead of condos. This makes the beaches themselves incredibly private and allows for a tranquil and more pleasant beachfront experience. The other side of Golden Beach is considered “intracoastal property”. These intracoastal homes resemble bayfront homes in that the width of the waterway is much larger than most providing more privacy and spacious waterfront views. Intracoastal waterways are known to be havens for avid boaters and those who enjoy water-based activities.
Golden Beach is almost entirely populated by homes. This exclusivity to single family homes keeps the population of the town down, thus creating a more quiet and pleasant environment. Golden Beach homes are also known to provide a larger amount of square footage and property acreage than most Miami waterfront homes. While most communities have standard home sizes ranging around three-to-four bedroom homes, Golden Beach homes are usually around five-to-six bedrooms with large plots of land. Most Golden Beach homes either have pools in their backyards or at least have lots large enough to support a pool. Golden Beach property is very beautiful and the majority of available property is waterfront so Golden Beach living is the ideal place for those seeking the optimum beachfront single-family home living experience.
Officially Golden Beach is a town in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County. The population is incredibly small and hover around 1,000 people in all. Golden Beach is located on a slender piece of land on a barrier island shared by cities like Sunny Isles Beach and Miami Beach. This geographic shape allows residents to never be too far away from the waterfront whether it be the Atlantic Ocean or the intracoastal waterway, which very much resembles bayfront homes. Though Golden Beach is only several miles long its pleasant neighborhoods and beautiful homes make it an incredibly sought-after place to live. Though Golden Beach is a fairly secluded place to live it’s centrally located between exciting places like Miami Beach, Hollywood Beach and Downtown Miami.
