Officially Golden Beach is a town in the northeast corner of Miami-Dade County. The population is incredibly small and hover around 1,000 people in all. Golden Beach is located on a slender piece of land on a barrier island shared by cities like Sunny Isles Beach and Miami Beach. This geographic shape allows residents to never be too far away from the waterfront whether it be the Atlantic Ocean or the intracoastal waterway, which very much resembles bayfront real estate. Though Golden Beach is only several miles long its pleasant neighborhoods and beautiful real estate make it an incredibly sought-after place to live. Golden Beach is a small town, but has within it an incredibly diverse group of real estate to choose from.
