It's one of the most exclusive communities in Miami-Dade -- Tahiti Beach Island. But if you think the name sounds fancy... wait until you see what's there. Here's 7's Shireen Sandoval with tonight's Luxury Living report. (WSVN) -- Once the gates open up on this home -- get ready to experience luxury. The winding brick driveway leads you towards the steps and into the home's unique courtyard. "I believe it's one of the most beautiful we've had for sale and that actually I've seen," says Jill Eber, one of the Jills realtors. Believe it or not, this seven bedroom/seven-and-a-half bath house used to look like this. That's until interior designer Steven G. left his signature trademark. Steven has designed homes for celebrities like former Marlins catcher Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez and Miami Dolphins Cornerback Patrick Surtain. On this project, the homeowners went all out. "They basically said, 'take the house down to shell, and we want all-new kitchens all-new bathrooms and leave just the walls,' and that's what we did," explains Steven. "So Bentley and I would like to take you on a tour of this most luxurious home." The house is three levels -- downstairs is the garage, but, on the main floor, you'll find the grand salon and a living room with great bay views. The wood floor is original to the home but was completely refurbished and this marble medallion was added as a focal point. The kitchen is all state of the art... and speaking of art -- Steven made sure the couple's extensive collection took center stage throughout the home. "They travel the world, and they have a phenomenal collection of both art and sculptures and accessories," Steven says. "We worked with basically on a room-to-room basis hanging and placing so that it really felt like home for them." I could feel at home in this huge master bath and check out the bedroom. There's also a nursery for the couple's infant son, a gym and his and her offices upstairs. "Both the couples enjoy their businesses and their work and find it very, very important," Steven says. The guest suite is on the other side of the courtyard. And who wouldn't want to be a guest when the room right next door is a soundproof home theater“ The family loves movies so much, they even have an entire room just for their collection. From the pool to the refurbished dock -- it took two years to bring this home to Luxury Living at its finest. "Everything that we have done here has taken the house to a different level," Steven says. The home's for sale for nine million dollars. If you want to cruise by to check it out, forget it, Tahiti Beach Island is privately owned, which means unless you know someone you can't get in.
