Movin' La Vida Loca

Pop singer Ricky Martin sold his Mediterranean-style house in Miami Beach for $10.4 million last week -- $4 million more than he paid just four years ago.
The ¾-acre property, on North Bay Road, has 120 feet of waterfront along Biscayne Bay, a pool and views of Miami's skyline.
Built in 1937, the 8,600-square-foot home has six bedrooms and 6½ baths -- plus a recording studio where the 33-year-old singer recorded songs for a recent album and for one to be released later this year. Mr. Martin, who also has homes in Los Angeles and Manhattan, recently bought another Miami-area home, a spokeswoman says.
Other North Bay Road residents include Matt Damon, director Harold Prince and Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees.
The singer, whose real name is Enrique Martin Morales, paid $6.4 million for the home in 2001, records show. The property had been on the market since last July with a $10.9 million asking price.
The buyer is listed as a trust. Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer, and the listing agent was Pablo Alfaro of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell.
