TV Producer Buys in Florida

TV producer and executive Douglas S. Cramer, whose credits include "Dynasty" and "The Love Boat," has bought a Miami Beach house for $7.4 million.

The two-story bayfront home was listed at $7.9 million for just over a week. It was built in 1937, has six bedrooms and comes with a swimming pool and a deepwater dock. The seller of the nearly 8,300-square-foot home on La Gorce Island, in Miami Beach, was the estate of First Amendment lawyer Daniel P.S. Paul. Coldwell Banker brokerage team "The Jills," Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg, were on both sides of the deal.

Mr. Cramer, who helped found the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art, last year told the Journal that he was "an addictive collector of houses and art." In January he sold his 130-acre property in Roxbury, Conn., which had been listed for $9.3 million, for $7.5 million.
