The onslaught of Russian investment in South Florida real estate continues after Donald Trump's record $95 million sale of a Palm Beach mansion to a Russian billionaire several months ago.

For the highest-end homes on the market in Miami-Dade County, look to the private islands. Some of the most expensive homes on the market right now can be found on the islands off of Miami Beach, like Indian Creek and Sunset Islands.

At the top of the list is a $57 million home being built at 3 Indian Creek Drive. Architect Rene Gonzalez designed the 30,000-square-foot home, which will have 10 bedrooms with 10 full and four half baths as well as a seven-car garage. "There are no homes available that are like this," said Jill Eber, who is selling the home with her broker partner Jill Hertzberg, together known as "The Jills" of Coldwell Banker. "It's really like having your own resort." The home sits on about two acres of property, with 205 feet of water frontage, and the water theme carries throughout the home. Many of the walls are glass, providing views of the water, and on the property there are reflecting pools, a pond and a waterfall.

At the tip of Sunset Islands, the Jills are selling a $29 million waterfront property, with views of downtown Miami Beach and about 570 feet of water frontage. The property, which the Jills call "one of the last spectacular lots in South Florida" in its listing, was under contract after being on the market just under nine weeks.
