The Sands Condominium is located in the heart of Key Biscayne. Being and 11-story mid-rise condo with 120 residential units, The Sands Condominium offers suites with amazing views of the beachfront. The Sands Condominium has a variety of floor plans ranging from two bedroom condos to three bedroom condos with up to 1,772 square-feet of living space. The condo has beautiful architectural design with features that emphasize enjoyment of its waterfront location. The Sands unique architectural design allows for nearly all of its residents to have waterfront views.

The Sands Condominium provides peace of mind with its incredibly high levels of security. The condo is gated off in the front of the building with security guards present 24-hours. Additionally, The Sands Condominium has a gate in the rear of the property that leads to the beach. Residential features for The Sands Condominium are spacious balcony, marble floors, elegant master bedroom and bathroom. Amenities for The Sands Condominium in Key Biscayne are pool, barbeque area, gym, assigned parking, magnificent waterfront views and a fabulous central location.

Key Biscayne is a particularly special island off the coast of Miami. Though near other amazingly luxurious islands like Miami Beach, Fisher Island and the Venetian Islands, Key Biscayne has an incredibly friendly atmosphere and is a much more tranquil community than Miami Beach. There are much fewer condos on Key Biscayne than there are in Miami Beach, but Key Biscayne condos are often located on larger plots of land and all Key Biscayne condos come with amazing amenities like luxurious pools and illuminated tennis courts.
