The Blue Diamond condo in Miami Beach is one of a pair of condos located along the eastern coastline which are best known for the large diamond-like beacon sitting atop each building which, as one might suspect, radiate an impressive blue and green glow during the evening. The Blue Diamond is therefore not only unique, but also stylish. The location and panoramic bay views are the icing on the cake.

There’s also lots to be found within the Blue Diamond like a pair of whirlpools and an enormous clubhouse which goes on for over 15,000 square feet. For fun and recreation there is an entertainment and billiards center plus swimming pools and tennis courts. Blue Diamond residents also have direct beach access. You can choose from just under ten different Blue Diamond floor plans that offer up to three bedrooms. Higher end units come with ten foot ceilings while standard residences have ceilings one foot less in height. The kitchens feature a European design while bathrooms are done in marble.

The Blue Diamond condo is already in the trendy city of Miami Beach so you can expect to have lots to see and do which will only take a few minutes since the Blue Diamond is already near all the Miami Beach hotspots. If you choose to stay inside your Blue Diamond home, you have great city and waterfront views and if you venture throughout the city you’ll uncover more excitement near the Blue Diamond such as performance art, ethnic food restaurants, lots of shopping, bars, clubs and pretty much anything else you can think of.
