The Caribbean condo in Miami Beach is one of several Miami Beach condos that contain traditional residential condo units and hotel suites. One of the several differences that set the Caribbean condo apart is its rich history that dates all the way back to 1941 when the building was first erected. Since then, the building has received a total facelift and is now one of the most in demand condo-hotel buildings in the city.

No detail has been spared in making the Caribbean condo completely brand new. The interiors are all new thanks to the efforts of famed designer Christopher Ciccone and so is the fitness facility. Standard units have nine foot ceilings while penthouses take it up a notch to ten feet.
