The Roney Palace is an 18 story luxury condominium in the heart of vibrant South Beach. Its’ placement on prestigious Collins Ave afford the residences of this prestigious building views of the Atlantic Ocean, Downtown Miami, and Biscayne Bay. This property is also home to the newly remodeled Perry Hotel and the ultra-exclusive David Barton Gym. Downtown Miami is only a short drive of 15 minutes over the MacArthur causeway and the Miami International Airport is approximately a 25 minute drive.

Originally completed in 1926, this is one of the most historic sites for a condominium in Miami. It sits on 600 glorious feet of oceanfront and has 3 pools on separate levels, valet for over 1,200 cars and has every imaginable amenity expected of a five star hotel. The luxury residences available at Roney Palace are deserving of the regal name and they are available in studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom floor plans. Square footage ranges from 565 square feet to 1480 square feet, and can be used as a full time residence or simply a pied a terre for the winter. All security and staff is on duty 24 hours a day to answer every whim and it is resort style living as you can only find in Miami.
