The Shore Club of Miami Beach is a popular hotel that is now being re-imagined as a building with 85 Miami Beach condos for sale and 100 hotel rooms thanks to a new leadership. Owners of one of these condos will be able to enter their units into a hotel program and it's one of many anticipated features. The building features architecture by Isay Weinfeld and Enzo Enea are handling the interior design and landscape architecture, respectively.
The standard Shore Club units have one, two or three bedrooms and you may also opt for a poolside bungalow that has 1,000 to 2,000 square feet.
