
Sunny Isles, or its pseudonym “the city of sun and sea”, is located on the northern part of a barrier island that is shared by Miami Beach and Surfside to the south and Golden Beach to the north. Sunny Isles is known for having great beaches, a friendly atmosphere and mind-bogglingly luxurious condos. The average condo building in Sunny Isles would probably be considered a luxurious condo anywhere else. Sunny Isles has small, mid-rise and high-rise condos most lining the road that funs along the coast called Collins Avenue. Sunny Isles has a lot to offer residents from beautiful beaches to large public parks.
Sunny Isles has had a history of condo development, but most of its condos were built in the nineties, which means even its older condos are still relatively new. The newer condos like Jade Ocean and Jade Beach are absolutely stunning and “push the envelope” in terms of how luxurious a condo building can be. Other condos are part of a condo complex like Oceania which has five condos within it or Ocean condo which has two condos within it. Some of the more popular Sunny Isles condos include La Perla, Acqualina, Pinnacle and Millennium condo.
Sunny Isles is a great place to live. Sunny Isles is on a long and slender part of the island, which means that anywhere a Sunny Isles resident is located on the island they are never too far from the water. To the eastern coast of Sunny Isles is the Atlantic Ocean which supplies a constant sea breeze and incredible views of the sunrise. On the west coast of Sunny Isles is Dumbfoundling Bay which is known to be frequented by avid boaters and supplies incredible views of the sunset.
