Sunny Isles Condo

About Oceania

Oceania is a condo community comprised of five condo buildings: Oceania I, Oceania II, Oceania III, Oceania IV and Oceania V. These buildings are similar in design and are 29-stoires high. They share a waterfront so their waterfront property is extended to be much larger than most Sunny Isles Beach waterfront condos. These condos hold around 164 residences in each condo and they have amazing shared amenities and stylish residential features. Views form these condos are magnificent. Views from the spacious balconies of Oceania condos include the Atlantic Ocean, Dumbfoundling Bay and the city of Sunny Isles.

Residential features for Oceania are huge terraces, extra walk-in closets, beautiful living areas, fantastic ocean views, intracoastal views, high ceilings, granite countertops and exclusive luxury living. Amenities for Oceania are valet parking, bar, restaurants, front desk, playground, playroom, basketball, storage, property management, theater, property management, laundry room, marina, tennis courts, fitness center, billiards room, security and soothing spa.

Sunny Isles Beach is a waterfront city in South Florida. Lesser known than cities like Miami, Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale, Sunny Isles Beach draws residents by providing a quieter more tranquil lifestyle. Sunny Isles Beach has many luxury condo buildings that provide a level of exclusivity to the barrier island that leaves the traffic and beaches less crowded. Sunny Isles Beach condos in particular are known for providing residents with incredibly high levels of luxurious residential features and generous amenities.
