Ray Allen, retired basketball star, bought a 10-bedroom home in 2014 for $11 million. Cher was also one of the A-listers who owned an estate in Tahiti Beach. Another big name on the roster is Julio Iglesias, having owned a waterfront property in the neighborhood.
