Marinas in and around Coconut Grove include Dinner Key, Grove Key, Grove Isle and Prime. There are also two yacht clubs, Biscayne Bay and Coral Reef.

There are many green spaces and parks in Coconut Grove. Peacock Park is a 9.4-acre park with basketball courts, a softball field, soccer fields, and a playground. Barnacle Historic State Park features a 19th-century home and replicas of two Victorian sailboats.

Coconut Grove Arts Festival, one of the largest outdoor arts festivals nationwide, features over 300 artists showcasing paintings and sculptures and attracts up to 120,000 visitors. Regattas, such as Miami Sailing Week, also happen year-round. Miami Sailing Week happens every March.
